Cert NZ collaborate with PaCSON (Pacific Cyber Security Operational Network) which has representation from operational Cyber Security Agencies from 16 Pacific Nations. Every year the team works with partners to create and deliver educational resources as part of an initiative called Cyber Smart Pacific, that can be used to promote Cyber Security resilience in each partner’s local community
We created a series of videos used across Cyber Smart Pacific channels to engage with 16 Pacific Nations they partner with. We developed scripts and casted members of our local Pasifika community in Poneke to communicate the key messages of Cyber Security. It was great to connect with our Melanesia and Micronesia community groups, as we often work closely with our Samoan and Tongan local organisations.
